 We put our focus on each of our client's unique needs. Along with each inspection, we prepare individualized reports detailing the condition of the building structure and its major components. Where improvements are recommended, a time frame is outlined. We recognize different homes need different inspections. Because of that, we take into account such variables such as age, occupancy, and type of construction when we do our home inspections.
 We encourage you to attend the inspection personally and we welcome your questions. Our inspectors will tell you in plain English about any problems or potential problems noted along the way. It's an excellent opportunity to learn about the house and discuss any concerns or plans for changes. Additionally, you have the security of knowing that we will still be in business if you have any questions or problems down the road, thereby increasing your peace of mind.
