All inspection fees are due at the time of the inspection, unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, money order, VISA, and Mastercard.

All of our home inspections include a thorough inspection of the roof. However if the roof is inaccessible, we will send a professional roofing contractor to inspect the roof for an additional charge of $75. We will only schedule this special roof inspection with the customer's knowledge and consent.

All inspections include a written report prepared on site at the end of the inspection. The Home Reference Book reporting system, a $95.00 retail value, is included with each home inspection. Postage and handling for reports mailed through the US Postal Service Priorty Mail is $12.00 for those clients who are not present to take the report with them at the end of the inspection.

HELPFUL HINT: To determine the size of a house that is Allegheny County, go to the Allegheny County Assessment website. Fill in the street name and house number then click the "Search" button. When the information for the house displays, click on the tab marked "Building Information". When this information displays, look at the lower right corner to "Finished Living Area". In the above chart locate the number of square feet listed on the Allegheny County website to determine the fee for your house. For the size of a house outside of Allegheny County, please consult your real estate agent or call us for pricing.
