Richard Malin
 Professional Home Inspector and Owner. Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts and taught the building trades for 30 years. He is a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors® (ASHI). He is a charter member of PRO-ASHI, Pittsburgh Chapter, and a past president of PRO-ASHI. He is a member of both the International Association of Electrical Inspectors® (IAEI) and the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists® (AARST). Richard is certified by the National Radon Safety Board® (NRSB) as a Radon Measurement Specialist. Richard is also a field representative for the National Association of Home Builders Research Center® (NAHB).
 Richard is married to Janet Malin and they have 2 adult children, Mike and Ally, who live in Atlanta, Georgia. In his spare time, Richard is an avid boater and currently the proud owner of "The Inspector's Gadget IV ". He enjoys being out on the rivers of Pittsburgh with his wife and his dogs, Molson and Laci. He also enjoys taking advanced boating classes with the U.S. Power Squadron. He is a certified Vessel Safety Examiner and district chairman of Vessel Examiners for the United States Power Squadron Pittsburgh chapter.
 Janet DeAngelo, Office Manager. Jan is the one you will likely speak with when calling to schedule an inspection. She knows most customers and their agents are on a time crunch, so she will do her best to schedule a home inspection or radon test for you as soon as possible. Although she'll be able to answer most of your questions, if there is anything she can't help you with personally she will make sure the right person gets back to you. She is happily married to Ron, with whom she is pictured here. She has three adult children, CJ, David, and Emily. She enjoys reading, doing crossword puzzles, and taking walks.
Susan Farina, Assistant Office Manager. Susan is here to schedule your appointments and answer your questions. She is a graduate of Penn State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She has a work background in budget and financial analysis, and she is actively involved in volunteer work and fundraising. She lives locally with her husband Frank, her three children Nick, Emily, and Ben, and her 2 dogs. We are happy to utilize the special talents she brings to our office family.
Ila Drosnes-Meixner, Radon Technician. Ila is certified by the the DEP to perform radon testing in the state of Pennsylvania. She will be the person agents and clients will meet to place and pick up radon monitors for testing. Her background as a real estate agent gives her a working knowledge of this industry. Ila is a native Pittsburgher. She and her husband, Kurt, and her two boys, Bergen and Rutger, recently welcomed a baby girl, Giada Emily, to their family. She enjoys gardening, swimming, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
